COVID-19 Update

Tokori Incorporated services will continue to the extent permitted by state and local authorities

Effective 30 March, we will focus on meeting the emergent needs of our clients for home repairs, remediation, testing, and inspection services and we will defer all interior remodeling or new construction work on occupied homes until further notice.

Rest assured that we are willing and able to replace your water heater, repair your HVAC system, replace that leaking roof or dangerous deck, or even help with getting your yard or garden ready for spring. We specialize in diagnosing and treating indoor air quality issues caused by moisture intrusion, etc., and confidently offer installation of HVAC air purification systems for those concerned about their indoor air quality. However, for the next 90 days, we are not able to accept bathroom or kitchen remodeling, interior painting, or other similar tasks that typically require prolonged work inside an occupied home.

We are available to answer your questions or to provide consultations regarding the diagnosis and repair of anything that you happen to notice while you're spending more time at home.

We are committing to keeping our repair and remediation costs as low as possible, and, if you need more time to pay for a required repair, we'll try to work with you as much as we can.

We will only use our full-time employees and long-time subcontractor tradesmen--all of whom have completed mandatory INACHI COVID-19 hazard awareness training and the OSHA-10 safety course.

In closing, we stress that our overriding concerns are the satisfactory completion of the work and the safety of our clients, employees, associates, and their families. Thank you for your understanding and continued business. Let us know if we can help in any way.
